In a recent interview with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, former President George W. Bush declared himself to be a former BlackBerry person, but now he’s an “iPad person.”  You can see the entire video interview on Mashable.

Skip to 6:00 in the video to get right to the iPad person comment.  Bush also wants you to buy his new book, Decision Points, in both print and electronic version.  The book doesn’t appear to be in the iBook Store yet, but you can buy it on Amazon and read it on the Kindle App.   And please stay tuned to see Bush fist bump Zuckerberg – it’s classic (fast forward to 14:25 to see it).

iBooks for Lawyers

By Patrick DiDomenico iBooks No Comments »

In addition to lots of great apps for lawyers, like Black’s Law Dictionary, there are other sources that are worth a look.  Among the no brainers are:

  • The U.S. Declaration of Independence
  • The U.S. Constitution
  • The U.S. Bill of Rights

They are all free in the iBooks Bookstore, thanks to Project Gutenberg.  iBooks are great because they download to your iPad and therefore you don’t need an internet connection to read them.  So, be sure to download these titles and bring your iPad the next time you’re headed to argue before the Supreme Court.
